Through many years of experience, John Davies, a very well-established architect understood the trouble property agents can have selling a property which is in need of an exterior renovation, as many potential buyers struggle to visualise how the facade could be transformed taking an ugly house and making it a lovely home.

John came up with a new concept to offer agents a draft vision service, briefly illustrating how to transform the external appearance of a property in order to help the them sell it, potentially increasing its market value at the same time.

Social Parrot were to create a brand identity which would appeal to both estate agents and the general public, focusing greatly on contemporary design, using natural materials to ensure sustainability.

Initially the concept was nameless, so we began brainstorming ideas to give the brand a name. Collaboratively we agreed on Remake; the definition of Remake is simply ‘to make anew or in a different form’. We then developed the narrative “A home reinvented to compliment a lifestyle”.
