TransferMyBills is a revolutionary change of address service enabling UK home movers to securely transfer their address across existing service providers, completely hassle free.

Founder Tyler’s mission is to reduce the time and stress involved in moving home, deciding the process of spending hours on the phone to call centres had to change, the concept TransferMyBills was born.

Social Parrot were to design a brand identity that is bright, bold and light-hearted to target the 18-35 year old demographic, whilst still seeming both professional and trustworthy.

We worked on an initial strategy to understand the target market and how they might interact with the brand through a range of channels. Our aim was to curate a library of vibrant visuals that convey the lifestyle of their customer whilst maintaining a focus on the journey of moving home.

As always we presented a range of concepts for consideration, and the boldest of them all was selected as the most memorable and relatable to the customer. The palette is a mix of spearmint green, custard yellow and raspberry pink, paired with a navy blue and soft grey to balance out the bolder tones.

We established a brand voice that communicated to their audience as though they were both a familiar friend and trusted source.

We considered their social media presence, and created simple yet eye-catching graphics for them to use when they were ready to launch.
