After years suffering with her skin, Claire Williams, founder and CEO at WOW facial was tired of being given generic advice from her GP without any recommendation of how to help her skin, so she set out to find answers and discovered a multitude of active ingredients that she could have been using to help heal and restore it back to health.

The idea of hyper-personalised skin solutions was born.

Claire enlisted the help of a team of medics with over 100 years of combined experience in skin health and began developing a a game-changing six-stage hyper-personalised facial that unlike others on the market used only active ingredients designed to specifically target common skin conditions.

They went on to develop an innovative needling device, expertly designed to make painless, tiny traumas in the skin with micro-needles to allowing active ingredients  to flow down into the skin.

The innovative WOW fusion device allows practitioners to create bespoke skincare cocktails, using nutritional solutions of hyaluronic acid, 40 different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, powerful antioxidants and other skin-loving ingredients to work on a multitude of skin conditions.

They developed a post-procedure gel mask using sophisticated technology and super strength hyaluronic acid,collagen, argireline and RMCP complex to surcharge the skin with hydration stem cells and peptides, reducing dynamic wrinkles and lines.

The WOW facial is clinically proven to be safe and effective and all WOW Practitioners are highly-trained to be experts, ensuring the crème de la crème of skin care for their clientele.

WOW has two business lines, one for beauty therapists; WOW facial and a second for qualified Nurse Practitioners; WOW fusion. The difference being that some of the solutions available to use in the fusion device are only to be used by trained medical professionals.

We were to create two aesthetics and strategies aimed at each audience, creating a clear difference between the two brands, whilst still keeping them very much aligned.

Social Parrot elevated the WOW facial social media content to reflect the superiority of the treatment, reviewing the overall strategy to widen the reach and bridge the gap between the brand and their audience, organically.

The brand is positioned on a business to business level, as WOW partner with professionals, never directly with the end user, however, end users are still engaged with the brand, so we were to ensure that the content is informative for WOW facial clients, whilst still educational and inspirational to their client’s customers.

We a focused on designing stylish graphics that displayed the detail and ethos around the WOW facial to exhibit on their social media channels, ensuring FAQs were adequately answered to educate their viewers about the treatment.

Further, we began journaling about topics that were concurrent with the questions arising in the private Facebook group for their clients and also reviewed their client communications and designed a new monthly newsletter to share recent journal posts, provide update on new products and offers, and provide their clients with a monthly content download to use for their own marketing.
